27 Curfew Arrests Recorded Over The Past 48 Hours

Twenty-six cases of breach of curfew were registered over the past 48hours.

During the first 24hours, twenty cases were registered.

The Western Division recorded fourteen reports, Central three, South two and North one case.

The fourteen arrests recorded in the Western Division were made in Nadi and Lautoka.

The three arrests made in Nadi involved a 32year old man who was drunk and two men who were found moving around in the Nadi area.

All eleven arrests made in Lauoka involved men who were drunk.

The arrests made in the Southern Division were made in Valelevu and Nasinu and involved a man and woman who were drunk.

The three arrests recorded in the Central Division were made in the Suva area whereas the case recorded in the North involved a 27year old man who was found dunk in Savusavu.

From 11pm last night to 4am this morning, six arrests were made in the Western Division.

The arrests were made in Lautoka and Namaka.
