Clark Is President Of Fiji Law Society

William Wylie Clark from Howards Law has been elected as the president for the Fiji Law Society for the year 2020-2021.
This was done during a closed annual general meeting last Friday at the Suva Business Centre.
The new vice president is Wati Seeto, from the Reserve Bank of Fiji.
Newly-elected members of the Law Society are:
- Bhupendra Solanki from Solanki Lawyers,
- Arthi Swami from Patel Sharma Lawyers,
- Ravi Singh from Parshotam Lawyers,
- Seruwaia Nayacalevu from Shekinah Law,
- Emily King from Bank South Pacific and
- Ravneet Charan from Ravneet Charan Lawyers
The Fiji Law Society thanked past president, lawyer Laurel Vaurasi from Shekinah Law, and other members after their respective terms on council came to an end.
Ms Vaurasi, who was the first female president and was appointed to the role for five years, said it was her privilege to serve the Fiji Law Society.
She looked forward to working with Mr Clark and his team to move the Fiji Law Society to another level.
