I want to make history at the first ever Vanua Arm Wrestling Championship this weekend, says boxer Sikeli Vunidogo.

Vunidogo is part of the 24 finalists that will be participating at the final on Friday at the Vodafone Arena in Suva.

The Naitasiri native will leave no stones unturned as he will use this platform to prepare for his boxing bout next week.

“I want to make history by becoming the first ever winner for Arm wrestling in Fiji,” he said.

“This is the first of its history for this game and I’m trying hard to win.”

“People in my village will remember this because this will be Fiji’s 50 years celebrations.”

“I have been preparing very well over the last few weeks and off course my boxing has been helping me alot.”

“There has been a lot of support for me lately and hopefully during the final.”
