What a year it has been for us all.

As we try to navigate the unprecedented, extraordinary and evolving pandemic that has gripped our globe. This though does not deter the spirit of the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji in its continuous assistance and support in the community during this hard times. This year on Pinktober, Radisson Blu Resort Fiji have donation tins available at the outlets over the weekends for contributions in exchange for pink ribbons that have become the symbol for the advocacy of breast cancer awareness.

To continuously spread the message, other areas of the organisation, such as the Food and Beverage team are doing their part by accenting breakfast items every Saturday and Sunday in what has popularly become known as the Fink.

BREAKFAST
Radisson Blu Resort Fiji general manager, Charles Homsy, said breast cancer affects many people, and many Fijians’ lives are affected year after year by this terrible disease.
“However, a lot of this can be prevented through awareness and early detection, and the Radisson Blu is glad to be in a position to be able to spread this message in every way we can.”

FINK EVENT
Also the resort is proud to share of the Fink event, which will include food and fashion show in Pink on the Saturday, October 24 2020.

• Ticket is $99per adult, this includes;
• sit down dinner
• drinks
• followed by number of live entertainment for the evening.

It will be a night of glamour and entertainment to celebrate life and awareness. Fashion Show by the talented Samson Lee Fiji whose made its name in the fashion industry in Fiji and abroad.
Samson Lee Fiji will be featuring some new collection on this event for a very worthy cause.

Tappoos and FIJI Water are two main sponsors of the event. Resort sales and marketing director Ema Rayasi Leawere said: “We are sold out for the event and have huge number on waiting list.”
A pink march accompanied by an awareness breakfast will take place towards the end of the month.The resort is opening up for staff and any inhouse guests who would like to participate.
Funds raised over the weekends, and part of the proceeds from Fink Event will go directly to Fiji Cancer Society.
