Castaway Island Resort has extended its local specials to December.

Resort general manager, Steven Andrews, said the promotion was in support of the Love Our Locals campaign, as many Fijians were taking advantage of the low rates.

“We have been booked every weekend,” Mr Andrews said.

For $350 a night, guests get the island bure accommodation.

The rate covers accommodation for two adults and two children below the age of 12 years, and 50 per cent off selected beverage menu.

The overnight rates includes return boat transfers for two adults and two children below 12 years, and the use of snorkels, kayaks and stand up paddle boards.

Guests can check in early,  and check out late.

Other add-ons include special local menu from $10.

 Accommodation

• Upgrade to Ocean View Bure for $25 per night.
• Upgrade to Beach Bure for $50 per night.
• Stay a third night and pay $250 only, including breakfast

Terms and conditions

• Valid for traveling from October 1 to December 21, 2020 (Friday to Sunday only).
• Minimum two nights stay required.
• Rate is inclusive of taxes and applicable to Fiji-residents only.
• Booking essential as limited bures are available.
• Pay an additional $45 for a third child (12 years and below) or $60 for additional adults (includes transfers and breakfast).
