Our Flying Fijians will be up against the best centre in the world when they play France in the Autumn Nations Cup on November 15 in France.

Our very own Virimi Vakatawa is often named by his peers as the best centre three-quarter in the world today, and after an impressive showing at the 2019 Rugby World Cup, the Naluwai, Naitasiri, native continues to shine in the Blue jersey in the Six Nations in his team’s 38-21 win over Wales over the weekend.

In full flow Vakatawa was a nightmare to defend against as he is quick, powerful and has an eye for a gap. He was named in the Six Nations Team of the Week for his ball carrying and offload ability.

With our regular No.13 Semi Radradra out injured, Coach Vern Cotter will have to decide between Waisea Nayacalevu, Levani Botia, Jale Vatubua and Serupepeli Vularika to mark Vakatawa.

Our Flying Fijians will play a warm-up match against Portugal on November 6.
