Three public interest cases were heard in the Suva Courts today:

1. The case of the former soldier who is alleged to have murdered his 3 month old daughter

2. liesa Cuanilawa who is facing one count each of aggravated robbery, of assault with intent to rape and of rape.

3. The case of Azreen Shabnam Khan who was charged with with one count each of abuse of office, obtaining a financial advantage, causing a loss and giving false information to public servant under the Crimes Act of 2009.
