Graham Clark Ends Term In Feb
Fiji Sugar Corporation chief executive officer Graham Clark. His term ends on February 2021.

The Fiji Sugar Corporation chief executive officer, Graham Clark will end his service at the end of February 2021.

Mr Clark will remain in the office until the end of his term.

He has given notice of his intention to end his service on the conclusion of his term indicating that after long and careful deliberation, the growing reach and impact of the global coronavirus pandemic had forced him and his wife to reunite with their family in South Africa to provide family support and guidance as parents and grandparents.

His decision was purely personal and was supported by the FSC Board.

Mr Clark was employed as CEO for a contract period of three years.

It had expired on February 2020.

The FSC Board in consultation with the Ministry for Sugar Industry extended his contract based on satisfactory performance for another year.

This will end next year.

The Board has already considered it prudent to advertise the position and they would meet tomorrow following an announcement on the progress of the recruitment of a new CEO.
