Dave Dedicates Award To Daughter

Crafty Vinz Works Suva midfielder, Shahil Dave, was awarded the Player of the 2020 Vodafone Fiji FACT tournament at Subrail Park, Labasa, on Sunday.
And the 28-year-old can only thank God and his family for their continuous support throughout his football career.
Dave had his first child, Innaya Zohra Dave, this year which, he says, has brought him luck.
The award was a surprise for the police officer.
“My daughter is my lucky charm,” he said.
“Had her this year, and we won the Police Interdistrict competition, Vodafone Premier League title, Fiji FACT and being the best player of the tournament.
“It means a lot to me. And firstly I would like to thank God for giving me the strength and guiding me throughout the tournament.

“And also thanks to the hardworking officials of Suva Football Association.”
Dave started playing for Suva since 2012 and looks forward to another great season of football next year.
“For next year, I hope to win more tournaments and continue with the winning streak.”
