Magistrate Seini Puamau will rule on February 26 next year on whether Freesoul Real Estate Development (Fiji) Pte Limited did undertake unauthorised developments and failed to comply with the prohibition notice or not.

The seven-day trial had concluded on Monday evening after the defence closed its case with the final witness, Freesoul Project Officer, Saula Sovanivalu.

Freesoul Real Estate Development (Fiji) PTE Limited is charged by the DPP with two counts of undertaking unauthorised developments and one count of failure to comply with a prohibition notice.
