Let’s Go Local: ‘Best’ Coffee On Coast At Projects Collective

The Projects Collective (TPC) is an artisan centre located at Fiji Beachouse, halfway between Suva and Nadi on the Coral Coast.
Owner, Laura Cahir, has 20 years of retail experience.
The Projects Collective launched in 2018, and has become a hot spot for all things locally produced, for our customers.
“We saw potential on the coast for a range of nearly 100 per cent Pacific island artisan gifts, souvenirs, foods and fashion items, and the best brewed coffee, and cakes for miles,” Ms Cahir said.

“We are the best mid-trip break the Coral Coast has.”
On your next trip call in and say Bula, and grab yourself a treat.

The Projects Collective at Fiji Beachouse offers some great coffee, gift ideas and good talanoa.
Parking and toilets provided.
Where would you take visitors to in Fiji?
The Coral Coast, where the water meets the palm trees, and the sand is white and gorgeous.
Also home of our collaborative collection of businesses, Fiji Beachouse and Mokusiga Beer.
What is your secret backyard spot?
Biausevu Waterfall. Close to Korolevu, a friendly village and one of the best spots on the coast to cool off on a hot day.
The one local destination on your bucket list?
I dream of Gaiatree Sanctuary Resort, Taveuni.
Your favourite place in Fiji for a coffee?
In Suva I can’t go past Weta Coffee to wake up, followed by Fiji Food Truck lunch.
In Nadi, Kanu is my place of choice for all things gastro all day.
