Plea For ‘Bloody Attack’ Accused On February 18

The two men allegedly involved in the ‘bloody attack’ at the Public Rental Board barracks at Mead Road, Nabua, on January 3 will take their plea on February 18.
Tevita Badogo, 27, and Eroni Bale, 31, appeared in the High Court in Suva yesterday before Justice Thushara Rajasinghe.
State lawyer Kimberly Semisi sought for more time until February 4 to file and serve disclosures to the accused men.
Badogo and Bale are charged with one count each of damaging property, criminal trespass, causing grievous harm and an act intended to cause grievous harm.
On the day of the incident they allegedly broke the door of a flat at one of the blocks and assaulted two men who were inside the flat.
