A decision on the Fiji Secondary Schools Athletics finals to be held this year will be announced soon.
Yesterday, the Ministry of Education, Fiji Secondary Schools Athletics Association and the Fiji National Sports Commission officials met in Suva.
A source said they have agreed to stage the Games this year but an official release will be issued by the Ministry of Education.
The country’s biggest annual sporting event was cancelled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
