Special Weather Bulletin Number 13 for flood issued from  RSMC Nadi at 9.30am on Wednesday 27th January, 2020.

FLASH FLOOD ALERT

A flash flood alert remains in force for all low lying areas and areas adjacent to rivers and streams for northern Vanua Levu, from Labasa to Udu point, Udu point to Vaturova, Natewa to Tunuloa district and low lying areas adjacent to Nabouwalu.

Situation:

A Trough of low pressure remains slow moving over the northern parts of the group.
Meanwhile, a shallow low pressure lies to the southeast of Vanua Levu embedded along the trough.

HIGH TIDE: 05.21PM 2.10M

LOW TIDE: 11.24AM 0.82M
HIGH TIDE: 05.33PM 1.88M

The next special Weather Bulletin on Flood will be issued at 12.30pm today or earlier from the National Weather Forecasting Centre in Nadi.
