Several Roads Across Fiji Flooded, More Rain Expected

Several roads across Fiji have become inaccessible due to the adverse weather conditions.
Numerous roads, crossings and towns are underwater across the nation.
More rain is to be expected as Tropical Depression TD05F moves gradually across the Fiji Group.
TD05F may develop into a tropical cyclone later today.
Current road status according to the Fiji Roads Authority:
Rakiraki
Kings Road at Matawailevu Junction in Ra is reduced to a single lane due to an under slip.
Tavua
Korovou Flats between Tavua Town and Nadarivatu Road junction is closed due to flooding.

Sigatoka
Nasau Crossing on Nasau Road in Sigatoka is closed due to flooding.
Nadi
Parts of Nadi including the Qeleloa bridge are currently flooded due to heavy rain.

Nadi Back Road.
Lautoka
There is flooding along Sukanivalu Road in Lautoka.
Ba
Certain parts of Ba town including the main street are currently flooded due to heavy rain.
