While visiting villagers of Naqali and Wailotua 1 in Wainibuka, Tailevu yesterday, he told children to refrain from playing in flooded creeks and waters.

He also advised parents to remain vigilant and to keep their children safe and away from flooded waters.

Furthermore, villagers were advised to adhere to advisories given by authorities.
