Test Us, Baber Tells Other Teams

Fijian 7s head coach Gareth Baber has urged teams to give their best shot when playing against the Fijian Barbarians and Fijian Warriors during the Fiji Bitter Nawaka 7s tournament.
The Barbarians had seasoned players like Asaeli Tuivuaka, Jerry Tuwai, Jone Manu, Kitione Taliga, and Alasio Naduva.
Warriors fielded Taniela Sadrugu, Kavekini Tabu, Kitione Salawa, Jiuta Wainiqolo, Meli Derenalagi, and Iosefo Masi.
“The boys have done okay,” Baber said.
“We have been winning games quite well. We want to see our players playing under pressure. It should be like that because they are professional rugby players and they are playing against village teams and clubs who have come out to participate.
Today’s Cup quarterfinals: Police Blue face Wadigi, Fijian Warrirors take on Tabadamu, Swift Roofing RA play Fijians Barbarians while Raiwasa Taveuni tackle Police White.
