A 8 year old student is currently admitted at the Lautoka Hospital after she was allegedly hit by a vehicle driven by a 34 year old man this morning.
The victim was walking along Lovu road in Lautoka on her way to school when the incident occurred.
Investigations continue.
Police is advising drivers to take extra care while driving to avoid such incidences.
