1. The Civil High Court in Suva has dismissed the constitutional redress cases filed Ba football players following their suspension after being tested positive for drugs.

2. A Catholic priest of Levuka who was charged for disobedience of lawful order for holding a mass church service of more than 20 people has been acquitted by the Magistrates Court in Levuka.

3. A 24-year-old man who is accused of stealing cash and assorted items from Shah’s Ezy Buy shop in Vatuwaqa has been remanded in custody by the High Court in Suva.
