The High Court in Suva will deliver its ruling on an application for a trial Judge to recuse himself from trying in the case of Seta Sanjana Ram charged for human trafficking.

The matter was called before Justice Thushara Rajasinghe yesterday for the hearing of the application.

This is in the case of Ram and and her sister Geeta Anjana Chandar who are charged with 16 counts of obtaining property by deception, 17 counts of trafficking in persons and two counts of money laundering.
