Ashna Kumar had a full day in court and followed up on these court proceedings:

1. The Magistrates Court in Suva has ruled that Freesoul Real Estate Development (Fiji) PTE Limited did carry out illegal development works at Malolo Island between June 8, 2017, and December 6, 2018.

2. The former Marist Old Boys Association President, accused of assaulting a 17-year-old Marist High School student has been granted bail by the Magistrates Court in Suva.

3. The Magistrates Court has given final 14 days to defence to file voir dire grounds in the case of Facebook commentator and former computer teacher Kishore Kumar.

4. The High Court in Suva will proceed to trial from Monday in the case of Congo national accused of murdering his wife in 2019.
