Dutt Dedicates Achievement To Husband, Family

Shivashni Shivandani Dutt dedicated her achievement to her husband, Adi Narayan, for encouraging her to take up law studies. The 32-year-old was one of the 20 students from the University of Fiji who were admitted to the bar yesterday.
The mother of one thanked everyone who supported her in her journey to becoming a lawyer.
“I would not be where I am today if it was not for the commitment and sacrifices my husband made for me,” Ms Dutt said.
“I want to thank my husband who has been my greatest strength, comforter and always encouraging me to never give up hope, and to always stay focused no matter how challenging life gets.
“I owe a great deal of gratitude to my late grandmother who used to encourage me to study and become a special person in life.
“I also want to thank my immediate family for their unconditional support. My counsel Bhupendra Solanki for his support, advice, and guidance he has given me in my journey to becoming a lawyer.”
The former Vunimono High School student said she had flopped her exams in her last year of high school, but that has never stopped her from working hard in life.
