Former United Nations Regional Security Advisor testified that he was shown a picture of bare chest Congo national holding a large kitchen knife in front of his chest and his right hand pointing downwards across his chest.

This is in the trial of Kiala Henri Lusaka accused of murdering his 44-year-old wife, Jennifer Anne Downes, an Australian national.
