Fiji Bus Operators Association president, Nisar Ali Shah says minimal or no bus services will be provided for Viti Levu tomorrow.

Mr Shah said this was done to support the Government in trying to minimise the movements this weekend.

“We have to work together to fight this virus and this is why we are doing this,” Mr Shah said.

“Churches, mosques, temples and other places are close which means that people will not need to move unnecessarily.

“People need to follow all the Ministry of Health advice and to stay home and spend time with their families.”

He added that operators have informed to follow safety measures that the Ministry of Health has announced.
