Where is our PM? Out Working

The Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has been visiting various places in the Suva Containment area getting assessments and feedback from authorities.

Below are places he visited in the Suva Containment area yesterday:

  • Burst main in Wainibuku caused by landslide because of the recent heavy rains. Minister for Infrastructure and Meteorological Services and Minister for Lands and Mineral Resources Jone Usamate and Water Authority of Fiji workers gave a briefing of the situation,
  •  In Adi Cakobau School which has been turned into an isolation facility,
  •  At the Fiji Corrections Service facility – Korovou Remand Centre, Mr Bainimarama was briefed by Commissioner of Corrections Commander Francis Kean
  •  Earlier in the day, he had a briefing with Ministry of Health and Medical Services’ top guns.
