Naiqama’s Worries

High penalty count and indiscipline are the worries of the Kaiviti Silktails coaching staff heading into the round 13 of the Ron Massey Cup competition.
Silktails head coach Wes Naiqama said they recorded nine penalties and cost them their last game.
The Silktails take on fifth place Glebe Dirty Reds at Henson Park, Sydney, at 2.30pm today.
Speaking to SUNsports Naiqama said indiscipline saw them give away easy tries and this week they had worked on it.
“We have to watch our discipline,” he said.
“Our discipline really let us down. We had two boys in the bin in different situations of the game which costs us three tries.
“It’s not as if the boys are trying to take a short cuts but probably our aggression because we play our game with a lot of passion.
“We are really aggressive in the way we approach the game. The rules are to protect, the welfare and safety of players.”
Naiqama said they beat the Reds in their first clash and are not going to underestimate them.
