1. A 48-year-old Church Minister has been charged with six counts of Malicious Acts Contrary to Section 15 (a) of the Public Order Act. The accused, Tuiloma Tawaivuna appeared before Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili at the Magistrates Court.

2. The Breach of curfew and health restrictions have been topping the list of 18 people who appeared at the Magistrates Court in Suva. While most people were granted bail by Magistrate Thushara Thennakoon, and ordered not to re-offend, a few people were fined for not having a reasonable excuse for not wearing their masks properly and breaching curfew.
