Mr Khan’s other project in Ratu Dovi Road valued at $3.5m will be ready by the end of the month and will house a new supermarket.

The Ratu Dovi Road Project valued at $3.5m will be ready by the end of the month.
“I do not believe that investment should be held back. If we have the capacity to do something we should because we cannot afford to have things coming to a standstill,” he said.
“The project in Suva is going to be a six-storey luxury apartment which would be for lease or rent.
“The Ratu Dovi project will have a new supermarket called GF Supermarket.
“That area is densely populated, and I feel another supermarket would serve the locality well.”
Mr Khan said for the Suva project, he was trying to mirror urban landscapes in Australia and New Zealand.
The project is estimated to provide direct employment to at least 40 people.
Mr Khan said he was hoping to buy more seafront properties in Suva and had plans for similar projects.
Suva and Lami special administrator Isikeli Tikoduadua said while the Suva City Council was planning to bounce back from the COVID-19 pandemic, this was the kind of support needed to drive economic activity in Suva.
