Tanoa Group Ready To Welcome Guests

The Tanoa Hotel Group is ready to welcome its guests when the international borders reopen.
General manager Narend Kumar said all Tanoa hotels in the country had remained opened at the onset of COVID-19 outbreak.
“Our decision to remain open has allowed our staff to transit into the new norm of practicing the safe COVID-19 measures and stay on top of their hospitality touch,” he said.
“So, our training department does not have to focus on these when guests return for either leisure or business.”
He said the group had remained open to serve those who either got stuck because of the lockdown or had to travel to provide essential services to the surrounding communities.
Mr Kumar said the Group had been supporting the Ministry of Health in accommodating repatriation flight guests at the Nadi Hotels and also to the local guests.
In support of Ministry of Health guidelines, Mr Kumar said Tanoa Hotel Group was the first Hotel group to receive the careFiji Commitment accreditation from Tourism Fiji.
“Being careFiji certified means we have all the safe COVID -19 protocol measures in place for the safety of staff, guests and suppliers alike,” he said.
