Stade Francais centre Waisea Nyacalevu scores one of his two tries despite Alivereti Raka’s tackle in their 22-14 win over Clermont in the Top 14 clash in Paris, France, on October 11, 2021. Barring an injury Nayacalevu is definite starter for the Flying Fijians in the November Test matches.

The Flying Fijians are playing neighbours Tonga and Samoa in the July 2022 Test matches.

This was confirmed yesterday by Fiji Rugby Union chief executive officer John O’Connor.

He also indicated that they are negotiating for a third Test match.

For the upcoming Northern Tour, O’Connor said they are going to make an announcement once the travelling arrangements of the coaches are made.

The Europe-based players are going to form the Flying Fijians squad.

They are going to be hosted by Spain on November 6, face Wales in Cardiff on November 14 in Cardiff and Georgia on November 20 with World Rugby yet to be confirming the venue.

Injury Report
An injury cloud surrounds the possible unavailability of London Irish back row Albert Tuisue.

It is understood that he injured his knee against Leicester Tigers and is in doubt for the November Tests. Tuisue was replaced in the 51st minute after copping the injury.

Already ruled out of the November tour is Bristol Bears centre, Semi Radradra.

Meanwhile, a shoulder injury has left Wales back rower Josh Navidi in doubt for the November Test matches.

Already unavailable for Wales are Taulupe Faletau along with the injured Justin Tipuric, Dan Lydiate, James Botham, Josh Macleod and James Davies.

According to Wales Online, Wales head coach Wayne Pivac will now face an anxious wait for news on Navidi with their opening Test match against the All Blacks on October 30.
