The launching of P Meghji’s Grand Warehouse Sale in Suva on Tuesday evening was a testament to the company’s struggle, perseverance, hardship and living through what was a period of toil, tears.

Speaking during the launch, the company’s executive director Romit Meghji said their success story to launch yet another new product, which was the Grand Warehouse Sale.

It came about despite the worst business climate that any entrepreneur would think of living through.

Investment
The company also introduced their investment of a sanitising defence system which has been implemented at the Suva Fresh Choice Supermarket.

“I am referring to COVID-19 and the high degree of business negativism that the pandemic has brought to all of us,” Mr Meghji said.

“It is indeed an opportunity for P Meghji Group of Companies to live through and make true that favorite saying -when the going gets tough, the tough gets going.”

“From its humble beginnings 40 years ago when granddad decided to separate his entity from the rest of the extended family core business, this function this evening speaks volume of our families’ struggle.”
