Adi Rejieli Susie is one of the first people you see when you visit the Sugar Cane Growers Council.
She is the personal assistant to the SCGC chief executive officer, Vimal Dutt.
Adi Susie has been with the council for almost 16 years.
“I enjoy my work,” she said.
“I get to talk to the cane farmers firsthand and understand the issues they go through.”
“And in that way, I am able to provide some support to them.”
Originally from Kadavu, Adi Susie is married with one daughter.

I have been to Kadavu, around Viti Levu, Vanua Levu, Levuka and the Yasawas.
