Navua Goalie Ratu Brings In Hope

Navua is looking forward to secure its first win, following their two consecutive losses, after a dismal performance against Suva on Sunday.
Reinforcing the lineup their number one goalie, Josaia Ratu will be back in action this weekend.
President, Rajeev Prasad indicated their main downfall in the last two games was not having a good goalkeeper.
Ratu missed out the last two games as he was in Tavua with his family for his mother’s funeral.
“With two losses, I think the boys are focused now,” Prasad said.
“We know where our mistakes are and the boys are working on that. All preparations are going on well. There are no injuries.
“We will have a good run Suva.
“After looking at Suva’s performance last weekend against Nadroga, we know it is going to be a very tough game.
“They had one point, but for us, we are going for a win.
“Our main weakness was our goal keeping so we have called in our first choice keeper, Ratu.
“He is back with the team which I believe will lift the morale of the boys and the whole team.”
Navua lost to 2-1 to Nadroga and Lautoka respectively in the last two rounds.
They were on bye last week as the Labasa team still could not travel to Viti Levu.
They will host the capital city side at Uprising Sports facility at 3pm on Sunday.
