Rewa Coach To Work On Player Attitude

Rewa coach, Rodicks Singh has a lot of work to do for his side before they face Labasa on Sunday.
This was after the Delta Tigers were thrashed 3-0 by Lautoka last Sunday. That was their second loss in a row.
Singh has indicated that the coming games should be all wins after the last two losses and a draw.
“We will be working on player attitude,” Singh said.
“We can train them all we want, but if they don’t have the attitude to play and win, definitely we will not get the results,” he said.
“Last week we just did not play football. I did not know what we played.
“We will re-look at the team and there will many changes. We will work accordingly with the training and make the necessary changes.”
The Labasa team did not play for the last three rounds as inter-island travelling have been restricted due to COVID-19.
And despite that, Singh said the Babasiga Lions will be not easy to defeat.
“Labasa will be coming up firing. They have not played for a while, so they will want to come and play.
“They have been training all this while and they will be eager to get into the field to come and play and we really need to be ready.”
Meanwhile there has not been any confirmation on whether Singh will return to the sideline bench after he was shown a red card during their game against Suva.
Rewa women’s interim coach, Naomi Waqanidrola stood in on the bench for Singh last Sunday.
Rewa will host Labasa at 3pm at ANZ Stadium, Suva.
