ANZ Fiji today announced Viniana Uluiviti has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, reporting to ANZ Bank Fiji Country Head, Rabih Yazbek.

As Chief Operating Officer for ANZ Bank Fiji, Ms Uluiviti will work closely with the ANZ Bank Fiji Leadership Team and Pacific Operations to deliver on ANZ’s Accelerated Pacific Strategy.

ANZ Fiji Country Head, Rabih Yazbek, said: “Vini’s strong leadership skills, effectiveness in managing stakeholders and ability to deliver results will help us continue to create a better banking experience for our customers and our people.

“Vini is passionate about driving improvements in the business and encouraging diversity of ideas. She is well known and liked across the business, having spent time in both ANZ Fiji and ANZ Pacific Operations over the last 13 years, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.”

Ms Uluiviti has held a variety of senior roles across ANZ Fiji and Pacific Operations, including Head of Transaction Banking Operations, International Payments Manager and Learning and Development Associate.

Ms Uluiviti will commence in the role as Chief Operating Officer on 13 December.
