Delta Tigers Stay On Track

Rewa continued on with their campaign for a top finish in the Digicel Premier League competition.
This was after their 1-0 win over Ba in Suva yesterday.
Rewa coach Roderick Singh said their next game against Nadi, is most crucial.
Epeli Valevou, who just returned from suspension scored Rewa’s winner in the 82nd minute.
“Valevou told me if given a chance to play, he will score,” Singh said.
What happened: Both teams took a cautious approach.
Halftime: Rewa 0-0 Ba
Rewa came out strongly but the Ba defenders held them at bay.
Continuous pressure saw Rewa striker Anish Khem dribbled his way into the Ba box and slipped a pass to Valevou.
He blasted the ball past Ba goalkeeper Tevita Koroi for a 1-0 lead.
