Navua fought back from behind to beat Nadroga 3-1 in their Digicel Premier League clash at the Uprising Sports Centre in Pacific Harbour, Deuba, yesterday.

What happened: In the 30th minute Nadroga took the lead through Jibola Afonja.

Halftime: Navua 0-1 Nadroga.

The hosts hit back immediately   to level the scores at 1-1.through Mannav Permal.

Navua took the lead 2-1 through Arami Manumanubai before Netani Doli sealed Nadroga’s fate from the penalty spot.

Navua played with 10-men after Manumanubai received his marching orders from the referee.

Fitness was Nadroga’s downfall as they could not contain Navua in the second spell.
