Shazia Mohammed is on her way to becoming an inspiring leader.

That’s because the Assistant Finance and Business Support Manager at the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa is passionate about her team and developing them.

At 37 years old, this mother of two manages her work and life balance pretty well thanks to her mother and husband.

And it would not be possible if it wasn’t for her energetic team too.

She is an avid reader of R.L. Stine book and her motto is live life to the fullest, no regrets, just lessons learnt.

How Many Places Have You Visited Around Fiji?
Vanua Levu, Beqa Island, Suva, Treasure Island Resort.

My favourite place after InterContinental Fiji Resort & Spa is Sofitel Fiji.

I love going on adventures, I’ve done the Zip-line and been on the Viti Levu tour.

What Is The One Place In Fiji You Would Take Visitors To, And Why?
Take people around the island and show the beautiful landscape and things we have with unique experiences.

It’s so much fun.

What Is Your Favourite Place For Coffee/Pie, And Why?
ZigZag Café, Nadi.

What Is Your Favourite Backyard Spot, And Why?
Love to do flower gardening, because its relaxing, feel the nature, exercise.

What Is One Place In Fiji That Remains On Your Bucket List, And Why?
Yasawa Island, because it is very picturesque and beautiful.

I’d probably go on a cruise and just take in the experience.
