Bula Outsourcing Expands Fast Within Few Months of Operating

What began with about 10 employees in July, 2021, offering nearshoring services to clients in Australia and New Zealand, has grown tremendously.
Bula Outsourcing now boasts more than 60 employees to date.
The company, based out of Ganilau House in Suva with a joint leadership team in Australia, is the preeminent servicer of a cross-section of industries to the neighbouring countries.
Bula Outsourcing was officially launched by the Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama at Damodar Event Cinemas last night.
The Chief Executive Officer is Josie Prasad and is said to be the first woman at the helm of Business Process Outsourcing in the country.
Its Executive Chairperson is Clive Kirkpatrick and Chief Operating Officer is Aaron Milburn.
Bula Outsourcing offers a range of service products including virtual assistance, administrative services, broker servicing, loan processing, quality assurance, process improvement, audit, and marketing to name a few.
Its employment base range from hotel and resort managers and front office staff who lost their jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic, graduate engineers, and corporate leaders, a majority of whom are women.
