$10M Development Of Nasese Waters To Be Completed By November, Chinese Contractor Says

Hari Punja and Sons group, parent company of FMF Foods Limited, has signed a contract to develop stage one of their prime residential estate.
Nasese Waters is ready for stage one of development work, which is expected to be completed by November 22, this year.
The commitment came from China Civil Engineering Construction SP Fiji, manager commercial, Brian Chuang.
The contract, worth over $10 million dollars, was awarded to China Civil Engineering and Construction (CCECC SP (Fiji) Ltd).
Stage one prime residential lots are selling fast, the company said.
Suva’s First Gated Community
It consists of 48 lots in Nasese, and will be one of the largest residential developments and the first gated community in Suva.
CCECC SP (Fiji) Ltd is a large construction company with global experience, a company statement said.
The development consists of 86 premier residential lots for luxury housing.
Hari Punja and Sons board said the development followed the successful residential lot competition of the Palms Denarau Beach estate, and Peninsula development in Denarau.
