Expect A Few More Drua Shops Around Fiji, Says Thorburn

There was a huge turnout of rugby fans at the official opening of the Fijian Drua Shop at Port Denarau, Nadi, on Saturday night.
The shop, operated by Jack’s of Fiji, offers rugby fans the widest possible range of the Fijian Drua merchandise.
Fijian Drua chief executive officer Brian Thorburn said they were delighted to open a dedicated store in the country for the highly sought-after merchandise.
“The Drua have a wonderful partnership with our official retailer Jack’s of Fiji, and are delighted with their initiative to create this store for fans and visitors alike,” Thorburn said.
He said the shop would serve the demand from international guests that crowd Port Denarau daily.
He also said this had opened the door to have a few more Fijian Drua shops nationwide.
The shop will be stocked with merchandise from the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua. They are also working with New Balance to make the Rooster Chicken Fijiana Drua gear available there as well.
Jack’s of Fiji senior executive Nikul Khatri said the shop opening was a milestone achievement in their partnership with the Fijian Drua, our first professional rugby club.
“We are committed to investing and supporting the growth of the professional game in Fiji and bring to our fans the best shopping experience and quality Drua products, they can proudly wear to show their support for the teams,” Khatri said.
