The bubbly Josephine Helen Basil, a waitress and bartender at floating restaurant and bar, Seventh Heaven, has a contagiously cheery disposition.
She is often found in high spirits, dancing and singing to guests and colleagues.
The Lauan native from Tubou, Lakeba, was crowned Miss Personality when she represented the Ba Chamber of Commerce at the Ba Riverside Carnival in 2014.
