Expectant mothers can now shop for postpartum essentials online.

This is after Kerryn Chung launched her Caring for mothers’ online business yesterday.

The $15,000 investment is the result of partnership with 15 local companies and two overseas companies for the selected products.

“It is the first retail shop in Fiji with two newly introduced products which includes the peri bottle and the sitz bath.”

She said her business was inspired by her own experience as a young mother of two.

“This is a platform to provide support for the unsung heroes, the mom’s, whether they be a single mom, working mom or stay home mom, they are all worth it,” Ms Chung said.

The Peri Bottle
The peri bottle is designed to aid the cleanliness of the perineal area and soothe painstaking toilet visits.

It is an upside down washer that spouts water with a gentle squeeze, and can provide that added relief in precious areas that are still healing.

The Sitz Bath
The collapsible sitz bath is designed to aid the cleanliness of the perineal area and promote healing.

“All products are available online,” Ms Chung said .

“The bags are Fijian-made, as we are strongly committed to a sustainable environment.”

Payments can be done through M-PAiSA, while orders will be delivered by Post Fiji and Express Mail Service (EMS).

The products are also available at Greenhouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

KC – Engineering for Toddlers
In another development, Ms Chung has designed an extra-curricular for children that is expected to be launched in July.
