Dravou Wins Gold Match Ticket, Meets Drua Trio

Thank you Fiji Sun for the golden ticket!
This was a response from an overjoyed Fijian Drua fan, Waisale Dravou who won a gold ticket to watch the Super Rugby Pacific match between the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua and the Chiefs on Saturday at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
The Lomaiviti native is a vendor at the Namaka market and he lives at Sabeto in Nadi.
Dravou was overwhelmed when his name was one of the six drawn by the three Drua reps Frank Lomani, Caleb Muntz and Timoci Sauvoli at the Fiji Sun office in Nadi yesterday.
The tickets cost $95 each.
“I really wanted to go and watch the game on Saturday. I was really happy when I received the call from Fiji Sun that I won the gold ticket,” Dravou said.
“Thank you Fiji Sun for this gold ticket. This ticket has allowed me to go and have a good seat and watch the game. I am so happy,” the father of five said.
“I always love reading the Fiji Sun newspaper, today I get two rewards, my ticket and meeting three Drua players,” he added.
Half back Frank Lomani, 26, said: “It’s always been good to play before the home crowd. The crowd always bring the atmosphere; it should be a good game. We hope to win for the people of Fiji.”
New Zealand based Caleb Muntz who loves to play first five eighth, has been trying out other back positions and he is not complaining.
He began playing rugby when he was four years old.
“Like Frank (Lomani), rugby is always been a big passion of mine. While I am lucky to live in New Zealand, I was lucky to be scouted and selected to play for the Fiji 20s. And I’ve kind of followed the Fijian pathway to be where I am right now,” Muntz added.
His grandfather played rugby in Lautoka many years ago, while working at the bank.
