Individuals whose employment income have not been affected, as well as those who receive other forms of Government assistance cannot apply for the payout.

Unemployment Assistance For Vanua Levu Extended

Applications for unemployment support for the people of Vanua Levu have been extended to today.

The Ministry of Economy made the call to give ample time to deserving people in the north.

The $100 one-off payout will be deposited directly into MPAiSA or MyCASH accounts for eligible recipients.

Those who applied up until last Tuesday will receive their money by the beginning of next week. Eligible individuals can apply by dialing *161# and provide necessary documents.

 

Details for application:

  1. Full name;
  2. Birth registration number or citizenship number;
  3. Date of birth;
  4. Tax Identification Number (TIN);
  5. FNPF number;
  6. Voter identification number;
  7. Home Address;
  8. Declaration to confirm if the applicant has received both jabs of COVID-19 vaccine (YES or NO);
  9. If YES, provide the place of vaccination;
  10. Consent for Fijian Government to access applicants vaccination and SIM card registration details (YES or NO); and
  11. Statutory declaration to confirm that all information provided is correct.
