Catch Ashyl Gosai if You Can

Ashyl Gosai may have one of the fastest cars in Fiji.
The 24-year-old currently owns a C7 Audi S6V8T, it has a Stage 1 DS1 ECU Tune, SRM TCU Tune, Turbo-back Miltek Exhaust with Hi-Flow Cats.
With all this, Mr Gosai said it makes 575 Horsepower and 70 newton-meters of torque on Fiji’s local pump fuel and was capable of making up to 620 horsepower when filled with E85.
“I intend to do more upgrades on it for higher power figures as the 4.0 TFSI V8 is an engine with a lot of potential and aftermarket support and wait for the tracks to open so I can make the car do what it’s meant to do,” he said.
“I own a Tech business in Suva where I do software development, computer systems engineering, IT-procurement (Tech Sales), host a cloud server and Office IT supplies,” he said.
He said his fascination for cars started when he was a toddler.
“I’ve always played with car toys and car video games. I’ve especially had a fascination with very high power and fast cars, such as the one I’m proud to say I own today, and I have intentions to make it more powerful,” he said.
“My parents bought me my first car as soon as I got my learners, which was in 2015 when I was 16 and a half years old.”
“It was a one piece only car in Fiji, a ER Series 1 Mazda CX7 Grand Touring 2.3 Turbo. I have had a fair few powerful cars since,” he said.
He said he joined the Syndicate Club in October, last year.
“I joined when I wanted to race with my car, which was a GWS204 Toyota Crown Hybrid,” he said.
“All the people in the club have become like family to me, they’re very supportive and friendly. I am glad to be part of it and can’t wait for the things we do in the future.”
“I’m sure we’ll be a club with some of the nicest cars in Fiji and have a big influence on the car culture in Fiji.”
