First it was the Super W title for the Rooster Chicken Fijiana Drua and now it’s the Oceania Women’s Championship title for the Fijiana XVs.

Playing under wet conditions at Massey Park in Pa­pakura, New Zealand, enabled the players to under­stand the type of weather they are going to play in during the World Cup.

The Fijiana XV s scored a converted try in injury time to beat Samoa 31-24 in the final round of competition on Sunday. The Fijians thrashed Papua New Guinea 152-0 in their opening match and walloped Tonga 34-7.
