Bargain Box Opens $655k Outlet in Suva

The newly refurbished Bargain Box outlet in Nina Street, Suva was opened yesterday with an investment of $655,000.
Director of operation Rohil Roy said the renovation work was possible through the support of their loyal customers.
“Our customers are happy with the new setup. We have changed the whole structure so everyone can have a safe shopping environment,” Mr Roy said.
“Our biggest challenge at the moment is the freight factor. Planning was one of the strategies we used to avoid disappointment, especially getting in the stocks on time.”
“We are trying to keep the cost and pricing reasonable for our everyday customers despite the increase in costing and freight services,” Mr Roy said.
Employee Filomena Draunimasi who has been working for Bargain Box for more than six months said: “Better shopping facilities for our customers will boost the business.”
Luse Waqa, a customer said the products that she gets from the outlet were unique and different from any other shop. Bargain Box has a total of 27 outlets across the country.
