Learning about cars at a young age has proved to be fruitful for Deepak Narayan who now owns four cars.

The 24-year-old helps manage his dad’s service station, Narayan Motors Service Station Ltd, located in Sawani.

The other cars include:-

  • 2021 Hyundai Tucson NX4
  • 2010 Toyota Feilder 141
  • 1998 Toyota Corolla AE110

Amongst the four cars he owns, the 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, is his favorite car.

The soothing sound from his 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X has become therapeutic as he enjoys driving in this car.

“The thing what I like about my car is that it takes off tension from my mind when working on it along with my friends after work.

“The Evo is quite an eye catcher and the sound from the bov and intake is so soothing.

“The Evo would be having a current value of something between $60k-$70k taking in consideration of the upgrades done to it.”

First car

His first car was a 2015 Toyota Hilux Revo, which he got in 2019 from his father.

Mr Narayan learnt about cars from his friends but started driving at the age of 17.

“I used to hang out with them while they were working on their cars and it seemed quite interesting.”

He would go to the drag race show when he was in high school and had a dream of getting his name on the timesheet.

While he works towards this dream, Mr Narayan is currently a member of ProTuners Fiji.
