Jason Ryan To Leave Fiji For All Blacks

The Vodafone Flying Fijians has lost forwards coach Jason Ryan to the All Blacks.
Ryan, who was in the country during the Pacific Nations Cup had been visiting clubs and provincial unions last week conducting coaching clinics.
He was the Flying Fijians head coach Vern Cotter’s main man as they set the plan for next year’s Rugby World Cup.
Ryan had been the Crusaders forwards coach during their Super Rugby triumphs working closely with head coach Scott Robertson.
“It is with best wishes that we announce forwards coach Jason Ryan will be departing our club as he takes on a new role at the All Blacks as its new forwards coach,” stated the Crusaders website.
“While it’s bittersweet for us, we want to take this moment to celebrate the achievement for Jason. We’re so proud of him, and know that this is a massive opportunity to represent his country.”
